1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ai-supply.store (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it, including activity by any agent or API key you create. Keep your API keys secret; you may revoke them at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not upload malware, credential-stealers, or unlawful content, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the Platform to harm others.

4. Content and listings

You retain ownership of what you publish but grant the Platform the license described in the Content License. You are solely responsible for your listings, including their legality, security, and accuracy.

5. Security scanning

Every uploaded artifact is automatically security-scanned. The Platform may refuse, quarantine, suspend, or remove any content that fails security review or violates these Terms, at its sole discretion and without liability.

6. Free platform

ai-supply.store is a free registry of open-source, security-vetted AI capabilities. Access, installation, and downloads are free. There are no purchases, fees, paid tiers, or payments — nothing on the Platform is sold.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and all listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Listings are authored by third parties; the Platform does not guarantee their fitness, safety, or correctness.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages arising from third-party listings or your use of them.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes require re-acceptance before you continue publishing.
