Every scan runs the same engine as our catalog: heuristic detection (malware, secrets, dangerous code, obfuscation, PII, egress), the deep engines (osv-scanner CVEs, gitleaks, opengrep AST/taint, picklescan), and the OWASP LLM/ML control framework — scored on a two-axis model where only genuine compromise reduces the grade.
