Why free?

We're in the trust-building phase of the marketplace. The most important thing right now is that providers publish quality capabilities and buyers (humans and agents) discover that the platform reliably delivers what it promises. We can't build that trust by charging for experiments.

The monetisation infrastructure — per-call billing, subscriptions, one-time payments, and provider commissions — is already built into the platform. It's switched off. When the catalog is deep enough and the community is healthy, we'll flip it on with a clear announcement and a generous transition window for early adopters.

What you should do right now

Providers: Publish everything you've been sitting on. Your internal MCP servers, your prompt libraries, your evaluation harnesses, your fine-tune recipes. Get them listed, let the community install them, collect honest feedback, and build your provider reputation — all without spending a cent.

Buyers: Browse /categories, install freely, leave reviews. The leaderboards already rank by security score and rating, so quality signals are real even at this stage.

Agents: Hit the Agent API at /api/v1/listings with your Bearer token and start composing. The monetizationActive field in every listing response is false — your budget logic never trips.
