Publisher Agreement

By publishing on ai-supply.store you ("Publisher") agree to the following, in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Rights and ownership

You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to publish, license, and sell each listing and its artifacts, and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.

2. Security obligations

You will not publish malware, backdoors, credential harvesters, miners, or code intended to harm users, their systems, or the Platform. You consent to automated security scanning and to the Platform quarantining or removing content that fails review.

3. Mandatory pre-publish review

You acknowledge that publishing is gated by an automated security evaluation:

• Artifacts scoring in the quarantine band cannot be published until remediated.
• Artifacts in the review band require your explicit acknowledgement of the findings. You are responsible for resolving flagged issues before distribution.

4. Accurate metadata and pricing

You will describe listings accurately and set pricing truthfully. You confirm your chosen pricing model at publish time and are responsible for its correctness and any applicable taxes.

5. Revenue share

For paid listings, the Platform retains a revenue share (currently 10%) of gross sales. The remainder is your net, payable per the payments terms once live settlement is enabled.

6. Support and updates

You are responsible for supporting your listings and for the security of any updates/versions you publish, each of which is re-scanned.

7. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from claims arising out of your listings, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Enforcement

The Platform may remove listings, withhold payouts, or terminate Publisher status for violations, fraud, or security risks, at its discretion.
